Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

My mother had a stroke almost four years ago. While in a nursing home after returning from the hospital, one of my brothers had her sign a quit claim deed for her house to two other brothers. My mother was not in a state to understand what she was signing. This brother had a Durable POA for my mother. Now the house is being lived in by another relative without any compensation to help with my mother's care. She currently lives in another state with one of her daughters. Is there any way to get the quit claim deed nullified so that the house can be sold so that there is financial help her my mother.

Yes, I would get an attorney and have them file suit to invalidate the deed and your brothers POA.
