My mother-in-law refuses to sign a lease on a house owned by my husband. How do I go about evicting her?

If your husband has title to the house, and his mother doesn't have some other occupancy right to live there (for example a life estate), then your husband can file for a forcible entry and detainer in the justice court to remove her.
