I have a neighbor who is a car mechanic. He parks old cars on my vacant lot and also old auto parts. Corpus christi code enforcement is aware of the problem. Their solution is to enforce the code against the property owner which means I have to clean up after the mechanic. The property is posted for no trespassing.
knowing that code enforcement isn't inclined to be very helpful, what would the best approach be to keep the property clear of cars and debris? According to code enforcement, operating an auto repair business in this neighborhood violates city codes.

File an eviction action against him. Once he is evicted, if he keeps his junk there, the Sherrif should come haul it into the street, at which point it won't be your problem any longer.
