Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

My neighbor claims that my dog scratched her car and want to take me to small claims court. However I'm the only dog owner on the street that has an fence. Three other dogs roam freely, does she have a claim without evidence that it was my dog?

Her own testimony is good evidence. If she's willing to claim that she saw your dog scratch her car, that's evidence that a jury might believe.
