Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas
Neighbor has concrete slab on my property.
My neighbor has driveway and some of his driveway on my land. The property line after survey indicates survey pins are in the center of his driveway and center of concrete slab. We just purchased property and are tried of squeezing thru our narrow drive. I would like to expand to original property line, this would now make our property drive 10ft wider. Can you please help. The neighbor has been there since 1984 and i do not know the age of the portion of slab.

Sorry. He has treated the drive as his own for over 10 years and has acquired it through adverse possession. If you take him to court, you will probably lose.
