Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

My neighbor parked their truck in my driveway at my house. Their truck was supposedly damaged while parked in my driveway. They are taking me to court for the damages. I never gave them permission to park there and I've been out of town for the past two months. My room mate has been there during this time and said he didn't do anything to their truck. Am I liable for the damages?
