non recourse loan
i have 3 houses in Texas that are going
to be foreclosed on. Will they be able to
go after me for more than just the
houses?

It depends on the language in your deed of trust. If you have non-recourse language, then they won't come after you. If none, then the lender could obtain a devidiency judgment against you. You should try to sell the houses asap.
