Non-refund f security deposit plus extra charges

I have a landlord that is keeping my full deposit on an apartment I leased (after adhering to 30 day written notice), as well as charging extraordinary amoutns above and beyond my security deposit for items like paint that is normal wear and tear. Also, I am being charged for a whole new refrigerator when the only thing wrong with the old one is a shelf on the door that had cracked

You can sue LL in small claims court at your local Justice of the Peace office to recover that part of your deposit that you think you deserve.
