You may want to contact the company foreclosing on the property. You may be allowed to remain until the end of the lease. If not, they may give you adequate time to relocate but you need to contact them first and put them on notice regarding this. Be diligent as you dont want them to acknowledge you.

Of course you could sue the owner for their allowing it to be foreclosed but you already know that if they could not pay for their own property the odds of them having anything to pay you are slim.
