Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

My parents passed away and left their home to my son. At the time of their passing, my son was not prepared to live in the home and I deeded it to my brother that he would maintain it and it would remain in the family...and go back to my son when he was ready.

My brother has now sold everything in the house and put it up for sale.

Do I have any recourse?
