pastdue rent payments

i terminated my tenants lease due continous late payments when they move they will still owe more than 3800.00, because attimes i had to pay ther payments, and put my personal house behind, can i file for additions damage

You can do so in small claims court. However, keep in mind that since they couldn't even pay, you may only win an uncollectable judgment.
