Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas
The people on the house title now are my father and my uncle (his brother). The house (well its really a duplex but my uncle gave his side to my dad in order to make it one house) is paid for in full. My uncle is still alive and has still leaves in the nearby area. What would be the best way to remove him from the title? Thank you for your advice.

I'm assuming title is clear, and that your father is not on the title. I'm also assuming the property is paid for. If that's the case, then the uncle can execute a warranty deed to remove himself from title.
