POA? Handling a friends business while out of the country
My friend is moving out of the country and has her home for sale, she wants me to handle it for her while she is gone if it sells. What do I need to do? POA?

Yes. To start with. If you need assistance in negotiating the transaction, reviewing the documents, etc. I charge a $500 fixed fee for a residential transaction. You should check around and find an attorney to help you.
