Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas
get posession of home i sold owner finance contract for deed now 60 days unpaid note and refuses to sign for my registered mail no contact with me. Home appears to be storage only no one living there but picks up her mail. Have sent registered mail stating she has broken contract but they return unclaimed. What now?

You need to follow all of the procedures to take back the home. They are outlined in Vernon's Statutes. You don't have to go through a formal foreclosure provided that the Contract for Deed was done right. If you are uncertain, then you should contact a real estate attorney to review your documents.
