Post Foreclosure Lien responsibility
I purcahsed a commercial property at a Trustee Foreclosure sale in Dallas County. My question is if I am responsbile for any Abtract of Judgement or Texas State Sales Tax liens (not property taxes) that are attached to the taxpayers that were forclosed on. When I did research at County Clerk office it seems that the judgment liens and State Tax liens are attached to Taxpayers names and not tied to property.

Only if the a/j and tax liens were on file before the deed of trust under which the foreclosure was made.
