My house is being sold at a foreclosure sale. According to Texas law, how long do I have to vacate the premises from the date of the sale?

Until you receive an eviction notice. And after that you probably have another 2 weeks before the hearing. Once you lose at the hearing (which you will) it will take another week or so for the constible to forcibly evict you if you haven't gotten out by then.
