probate a will

My husbands aunt recently passed away. Her only asset is a home. Do we have to probate her will or is there a way to put her house in the heirs names? How do we do this

You can file the will in the probate court as a muniment of title. However, probate in Texas is so simple and cheap, that both processes will cost about the same.
