Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

Several problems with builder and realtor. What agency do I contact to investigate my claims on both?, since TRCC (Tx Residential Construction Comm.) abolished late 2009. Both have been contacted via e-mail, calls and certified letters over 5months ago of discrepencies. Texas/Killeen area. New construction. Some issues considered civil areas. Builder reported to BBB also.
