process for acceleration and nonjudicial foreclosure

TEXAS..tenant signed owner financed contract for deed 2003..abandoned 2007..served and waited the 60 days..no lawyer..now what in order to sue and get at least some if not all the $ back...he has not paid in 9mos! Also want to lease home back out

The laws for contracts for deeds have changed in the last few years. Proper notices and disclosures need to have been given. To properly answer your quesiton, I would need to examine the documents you used. A foreclosure may or may not be necessary.
