Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

im in the process of buying a manufactured home. The loan for the home has been aproved but is pending untill the bank receives a consent and waiver form from my landlord. The home has already been moved to the property and set up, however ive found some things wrong while walking through it. In the master bath the floor is already warped, one of the walls in a bedroom is busted due to the another spot in the flooring being pushed up. So my question is, should i hold out on bringing the the deed copy and consent waiver untill these problems are taken care of, because once i bring these 2 things ill have to start paying the morgage payments and i dont feel like i should be paying for something thats not even complete yet.

You may have a fight with the seller but such matters may permit u to opt out of the contract. Visit a lawyer with the purchase documents for his opinion. We could not opine without such documents.
