Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

hi i have had propert since 09-15-1999 and was 45,300.00 dollars. ive been paying 300.00 month for 11 years now they gave me 6 years to pay so i went in the office and payed my fee of 300.00 dollars and they gave me a recipt saying i owed 10,300.00 dollars and a new recipt said that i owed 19,503.00 dollars and i have my recipts and has new ownership has changed hands why would i have to pay more. when my contract says i have to pay a certian amount?

you don't..call us for help if the seller does not correct records..unless it was a clerical error..and/or you are forgetting interest..
