Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

I had a property foreclosed on in the State of Florida, however the lender filed a claim and got a judgment against me on this property in the State and County of Texas in which live. Is this legal? Please advise.

I think you're saying that you were sued for the deficiency balance.

You can't complain about being sued where you live.
