Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

My property on which I live is to be sold at a Sheriffs sale next month for non payment of property taxes. How long do I have before I have to leave the property if someone purchases the property? Do I have any recourse after the sale and if so what is the timeframe?

If an owner wants you off of the property, he has to file a "forcible entry and detainer" suit with the Justice Court. You'll be served, and you'll have three days to respond.
