Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas
if property is lost due to foreclosure,and 2parties were on the deed,,and one of the parties is deceased, and the children of the deceased party do they have any rights to the property or does it all go back to the lending institiution?

I don't have enough information to answer this question. Which entity foreclosed? A taxing authority, financial institution or HOA? Also, who is the deceased owner? Was the deceased's estate ever probated?
