What type of license is required to operate a Property Management Business & what agencies provide oversight in Texas?

I have no idea. Resubmit, but don't put CA in your heading. Yes, I know you stated it perfectly, but, obviously it got by the "censors".

You need a real estate broker's license. The Texas Real Estate Commisison provides oversight.
