What do I need to do to get my ex-wifes name off of my property title? The county office will not tell me what is needed.

If you had a lawyer when you got divorced, you should contact him about finishing the job.

If the divorce decree awarded you title to the property and the decree is properly worded, it is possible that the decree itself may be adequate. Otherwise you will need to get a deed from your wife.
