In Texas, I am selling and financing a residencial property I own. I want to prepare the forms myself. I want the safest hassel free route. What do you suggest?

Go to your local law library and find the proper forms. However, if you want it done correctly to protect your interests, you should contact an attorney. For example, I typically charge $500 for a complete package and it is money well spent.
