Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

I own a property in Tx that I currently have rented to tenants. Can you tell me what legal or financial implications (outside of the standard foreclosure lawas) could occur if I foreclose on the property?

If you already own the property, why would you foreclose? Are you talking about evicting the tenants who are under a lease? Did you sell the property to the present occupants and retain a note to the new owners who aren't paying.? I am sorry, but I am really not sure what you are asking.
