Protection of property interest

If I am a gay couple that lives in Texas and we both live together and I want to make sure that my partner gets all my interest when I die. Besides a will, how do I convey all my interest to my partner?

Should have a deed with right of survivorship. Please consult an attorney because there are specific requirements for it to be effective.
