Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

Public easements and right of way.

I am moving a manufactured home on a property I purchased 6 months ago. A neighbors fence will have to be moved for a few days to get the home around a sharp corner. The problem is that they refuse to allow us to touch their fence. What are my rights in regards to moving their fence to place my home on the property?

Re: Public easements and right of way.

If the fence is on their property you have no right to move it.

You may want to get a survey, a most fences are in fact not on the true property boundryline, although of course some are.

You may not trespass on your neighbor's property to get to your own.
