Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

Hi, I like to purchase a piece of property fo sale in Dallas TX. The owner is currently living in California.

What is the proper procedure?. Im buying the House Owner financing.

You need a written contract for sale (way to put into writing the terms of the sale) a general warranty deed (protects the buyer) a deed of trust (protects the seller) and a promissory note (protects the seller).

I recommend that you hire a lawyer to assist you, it is well worth a few hundred dollard to make sure you get everything right.
