Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas
Is I have a question in reguards to a Warranty Deed, Is it a legal document in the state of texas and does it have to be filed a the county court house or the county clecks office?

It is legal, but if someone files another Warranty Deed that is after your deed, but before you file, then you lose. You need to file it in the office of the county clerk in the county where the property is located.
