Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

Queston

My ex-brother-IN-law is refusing to return or give any information about a truck and a trailer that is under my mom's name and my car that is under my name. I was wondering what kind or if I of legal action I or my mother can take against him or if either one of use can take legal action against him.
