Quit Claim/Foreclosure
My soon to be ex husband wants me to sign a quit claim for our house which is in forclosure. What are the disadvantages of doing this?

It sounds like he is planning on cutting a deal with someone on a sale prior to foreclosure date, but who knows. BTW - A quit claim deed doesn't grant insurable title in Texas. He is requesting the wrong document.
