Raising rent without a lease??

My landlord has raised my rent from 600.00 to 750. a month, now I have to report to a managment company for my rent but has not called me and nolease has been issued,can they do this??

Yes. You know of the obligation and if they don't contact you timely, you need to contact either your landlord or management company.
