Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

I am getting ready to purchase a tax foreclosure property. They said that they would give me a Quick Claim Deed. But, the wouldn't be able to get me a 'CLEAR TITLE'. They said that there aren't any active lawsuits or liens on the property....

What would be my best way to get a clear title inorder to sell it? And, how fast would it take to get one on adverage?

You need to have someone do a title search on the property. Find out what other liens are on it.
