My boyfriend brought me a house. He put down $100,000 and financed $180,000 in my name. His name was on the contract and he makes the payments on the house. We did not do a gift letter for the $100,000. My name is on the warranty deed and deed of trust. Does he own in interest in the house?

Absent any other written agreements to the contrary, there is a strong presumption that he agreed to make a gift of the house and equity to you.
