Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

Real Estate, Divorce and marriage

I was previously married and we had a real estate business. When we got divorce we tried to liquidate all of our assets and due to the mortgage crisis we where unable to sell 2 properties. I gave the properties to her and she is renting them. If she goes in foreclosure I know that it will affect my credit. Because my name is in both mortgages. If I get married to my fiance and then this happens, will this affect my fiances credit aswell?
