Three siblings are named in the will to co-own our fathers home, since his death, the oldest of the three refuses to sign the papers to sell the home..What can we do?

You can file a motion to partition the property, which will result in a forced sale. This is a method of last resort, however, as it increases the costs for everyone. Would the person who is refusing to sign be amenable to buying out the other two?
