Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

real estate

I listed my home with a pre-pay agent in April 08' My agent is now transfering to another broker. Her broker that she listed my home with is refusing to release my contract. In the contract, there is no early termination penalty req' by the broker...I paid her 500$ and at the sale of the home, the broker would recieve 295$ (if the home sells) The broker is canceling showing, CSS and is refusing to even make any changes to the listing such as a price drop or realestate info. I have sent in a termination contract and a letter of warring, and forwarded all info to varrious state and realestate agencies. Can I sue for the price of my house and get it? because he is hampering the sale of my home...what can I do? Anyone with the answer please help me, I am unfimilar with what I should do...my aget says to sue him but I don't want to invest the money for that unless there is a probable possitive out of it rather then lose more money that I don't have. Some one please help me, thank you.
