If I am named as Trustee of a Deed of Trust, what are my responsiblities in the case of a delinquency or foreclosure.

In the event of a foreclosure, you may have to act for the benefit of the trust and give the appropriate notice and schedule a sale of the property on the first Tuesday of the month.
If you are uncomfortable with that work, you can always be the trustee and then hire an attorney to appear as the substitute trustee soonafter.
