What is the title of the form an individual not the mortgage company would use to convey residential real estate to a purchaser using the ''subject to'' mortgage?

The form titled "My property isn't valuable enough to have a lawyer make sure I'm doing this right." Just because forms are out there doesn't change the fact that your chances of using them property are almost nill if you've never learned the relevant law. You don't perform surgery on yourself so why risk your assets?
