Can I sell my commercial property through an essay contest that you pay a fee to enter? I plan to donate 10% of prceeds to a local charity.

You'll probably need to set up a non-profit and get qualified through the IRS as a 501(c)3. You would probably be better off listing with a good broker. If you would like a free consultation, I will be glad to "donate" a few minutes to chat about specifics.
