Can I sell my house if my ex-husband will not sign the consent form from a divorce decree, after the judge granted me sole ownership of the property?

Yes, if the decree was worded properly. Give a copy to the title company and see if it is acceptable. If it is not acceptable, go back to your divorce attorney and request that he/she take care of the problem at no expense. It should have been handled correctly in the first place.
