Real Estate in Texas
Can a real estate agent loss their licenses for letting a buyer view the inside of a foreclosure with out any one from ether side present? In the state of Texas can you have separate properties with out your spouse on the title and or the loan? Is there a time limit after the sellers offer has been made that the seller can terminate the contract?

Re: Real Estate in Texas
1. Probably not.
2. Separate & community property is determined at the time of purchase. If you were married when the property was bought, then it is community property. If property is homestead, the sale will require both signatures, if it is separate or community.
3. The answer will be in your contract. Read it.
