Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas
real property access
A neighbor erected a gate across his private road, denying me access to my property. This road has been ungated for over 25 years and I had free access to my property. Can he suddenly and without notice deny me access to my property after allowing public access for many years?

I may be too late for him to deny access now, especially if your property is landlocked. With more facts from a free consultation, we can tell you your options. We have an office in Texas.
