Realestate Contract

All parties have signed the ''binding'' contract for the house I'm buying. The title abstract company say's they need photo ID from all parties. The man who is occupying the house does not have a photo ID. (he and his wife are separated). I believe his is dragging his feet because he is not ready to close. The closing date was two day's ago. Our belongings are to arrive tomorrow and we are going to have to store them at a very large expense. Is there away to close this thing without a photo ID? Also, what legal options do I have?

It is an underwriting call by the title company. The seller is in default. Be sure you perform your side (sign your documents and tender the money) so you can claim damages. Call an attorney.
