Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

realestate

we were using a realtor that missinformed us about our contract. we signed the contract but asked to be released the next day. our realtor told us we could not stop the sell of us house because we would be sued. the realtor never contacted the buyer therefore i did. our realtor then threatened to sue me. the buyer is also a realtor, all of which work for keller williams. the contract did not include any of the things we agree upon. they realtor and the buyer have repeatedly amended the contract and tell me i have to sign. i do not want to move. question can i get out of the contract without being sued?

Re: realestate

It is possible that they have voided the contract. I will be glad to look at your paperwork free of charge and advise you of your options.

Re: realestate

Maybe. A lawyer needs to review the contract and review the history of communications. If theses brokers have misbehaved, a conplaint to the Texas Real Estate Commission may be in order.
