Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

i recently moved into an apartment coming from a house i didnt have room for some items so my friend of 11yrs offered her home she has a storage in her backard so i excepted never had to discuss anything about paying her she help me i would help her we were the best of friends until just recently she got back with her ex that i dont trust that abuses her so we got into a little argument and now she said an officer told her that if a person leaves there stuff in your home and doesnt paying for storage it your stuff now need to know what can i do like i said i live from pay check to paycheck

What she told you is not true and an officer would never tell her that. You can take her to small claims court for the value of your possessions. She has committed a tort (a civil crime) by keeping the stuff you entrusted to her and it is called "conversion."
