I just paid off my house that was owner financed. What form is necessary for recording at my local clerk's office?
Can I find the form online?

Re: Release of Lien
It depends on what kind of seller financing was involved. If it was a contract for deed, then a deed is called for. If there was a mortgage and deed of trust, then a release of lien form. Check a legal forms manual or a title company, preferably one with a real estate attorney. Cost should be insignificant.
